Oscars Red Carpet

Tenho que admitir, não assisti o tapete vermelho do Oscar e nem o próprio Oscar. Com o fuso horário Alemanha - EUA eu teria que ficar acordada a madrugada toda, sendo que hoje é segunda e é claro, um dia normal de trabalho. Ainda assim, a primeira coisa que fiz quando acordei foi procurar notícias. "Quem ganhou?" E claro, em seguida, ver os looks do red carpet. Então, aqui estão as minha vencedoras como as mais bem vestidas da noite, em uma opinião baseada pura e simplesmente em fotos.

I have to admit, I didn't watch the Oscar's Red Carpet. Neither the Oscar's itself. With Germany-USA time difference, I would have to stay awake all night, being today a regular working day. Even though, the first thing I did when I woke up was to search for news. "Who won?" And of course, right after it, I searched for the red carpet looks. So, here are my winners as best dressed of the night, in an opinion based purely in photos.

Quero também dizer que fiquei muito feliz com os resultados! Adorei "Argo" e acredito que mereceu o Oscar de melhor filme. Tenho que admitir que achei "Lincoln" muito longo mas me impressionei com Day-Lewis, não só por sua atuação, mas também pela semelhança com o ex-presidente norte americano. Coincidência ou não, assisti "Django Livre" ontem e fiquei encantada com o filme e com o mais novo "melhor ator coadjuvante", Christoph Waltz. Também gostei de ver Jennifer Lawrence como melhor atriz - you go Katniss! - e "Anna Karenina" como melhor figurino.

I also really liked the results! I'm a fan of "Argo" and believe that it deserved to win the biggest award of the night. I have to admit that I think "Lincoln" was way too long, but I was really impressed by Day-Lewis, not only for his performance, but also because of his resemblance to the former North American president. Coincidence or not, I saw "Django Unchained" yesterday and was mesmerized by the movie and by the newest "best supporting actor", Christoph Waltz. I also loved to see Jennifer Lawrence as best actress - you go Katniss! - and "Anna Karenina" winning as best costume design.
